Built in 1782 by the Colloredo family and enlarged numerous times during the 1800's and 1900's, Corte di Villa Colloredo was bought in 1974 by Alberto Meneghelli, Andrea Meneghelli's father, making it the family residence; in 2005 it was nearly completely renovated.
Services
Parking. You may park your car in the garden area for free. The car will be safe since the gate is normally kept closed.
Garden. Tables and chairs are available in the garden, under the characteristic arcades, so that you may enjoy your meals outdoors.
Books and More. A great common hall welcomes anyone wishing to relax on comfortable couches whilst reading books taken from our library on Venice and the Veneto region.
Pool table. Pool and chess players will find everything they need in the villa's hall to practice their favorite games.
Surrounding areas. Sambruson is a little town between Dolo and Mira. Upon your arrival you will be given a map of the surrounding areas with all shops and restaurants. You may download the Brochure and Map in PDF format to get an idea of the places.
Restaurants and Stores. From Corte di Villa Colloredo you can reach grocery stores, bakeries and butcher shops on foot; restaurants and pizza places are only 200 m away. In less than 10 minutes by car there are at least a dozen really good restaurants.

The eighteenth century Court of Villa Colloredo, with its typical arcades, farmers' houses and barns is a secluded place, immersed in the tranquillity of the Brenta Riviera. This harmonious geometrical area, once the heart of farming life, is surrounded by an over 40 hectare farmstead, a rare oasis filled with vegetation between Dolo and Mira, only 20 km from Venice and Padua.
Corte di Villa Colloredo is surrounded by a big garden and by cultivated lands; a perfect place for strolling and jogging. From the villa you may reach Venice with a bicycle, cycling along the Brenta river, admiring architectural masterpieces such as Villa Foscari designed by architect Palladio it Malcontenta and Villa Pisani in Stra, with frescoes by Giambattista Tiepolo.
